Celebrating 3 successful years in Guayabitos, Mateja held a great celebration featuring the most talked about new band in the area - Jelly Jar.

It is also a good place to buy Mexican handicrafts. Take a morning off from your oh so busy social calendar and relax. Have a coffee at Soleys or Xaltemba. Come visit us in-between. The Bench - December 12
“The Bench” is a comedy that takes place in a shopping mall during the Christmas season. It centers on two men who meet and become friends while waiting for their wives, and the people they meet. Written by Larry Larson and Eddie Levi Lee, this play has something that almost everyone can relate to. Lead roles are portrayed by Jace Damon and Lieutenant Patterson, Jr. Jace is no stranger to Vallarta audiences, having performed in a number a plays over the past few years. Lieutenant (yes, that´s his real name), is a newcomer to the stage here, and recently was seen singing and dancing in “Those Oldies but Goodies”. Both men are excellent actors with credits and credentials that go back many years to the days when they lived in the USA. The fine supporting cast includes a number of newcomers to the area, plus a few well known faces. Playing for 3 weeks only, “The Bench” will be on stage at the Cultural Auditorium (formerly Cecatur Theater), located 2 blocks up from Burger King at the central plaza in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Show dates are every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday starting December 12. Doors open at 7:30 and show starts promptly at 8PM. Tickets are are available at a number of locations around town, including the IFC office, El Gato Gordo (across the street from Club Roxy and The Shrimp Factory), Encore Consignment Store (584 Lazaro Cardenas), and if seating is available, at the door.
